Whether you love the idea of group coaching, but aren’t quite ready for one-on-one, or if you enjoy the sense of community to go alongside our private coaching work, this group program is perfect for you.

This group program allows for encouragement, inspiration, support, accountability and learning new skills needed to overcome emotional eating.This program is a safe, loving and accepting environment.

All of the participants are in different stages of their health journey and just like you, they were once brand new! We gather quarterly for a meal provided by the center, to learn and share recipes which you can then use to support your new healthy lifestyle! Plus, receive empowering group coaching you can integrate into your life right away!

  • Dealing with food pushers
